Our month to month contract is an easy way for you to have your website updated and backed up.
Whats included?
1. WordPress Core Updates
2. Plugin Updates
3. Theme Updates
We check your site 3 times a week.
4. Test on staging site. We never do an update on a live site, we always test first on a staging site so your customers never see any errors on the live site due to updates.
5. Weekly security scans.
6. Site restores if the updates cause an issue.
If you need more details on this service, just get in touch, your website must be up to date before maintenance contract begins. If you have an outdated site, we can fix for you ( additional fees will apply).
What happens when I order?
Once you order we will send you a contract outlining whats included/not included.
What happens if I paid and then I don’t like the contract.
That’s no problem, we will issue a full refund.

Why is the maintenance plan sometimes out of stock when I check your site?
Quite often our maintenance customers ask us to help with site redesign, content management and other tasks on their site. In order to keep a good service level for our clients who have booked us we are unable to take on new customers from time to time.
