Working on some sites recently we noticed a problem with the Divi Builder that was not being resolved by the techniques above. What was the culprit PHP 8, so you can’t use PHP 8 with Divi, well no, you can, just check that it is not version 8.0 . The Divi Builder seems to be having an issue with this particular version. If you downgrade to PHP 7.4 or Upgrade to PHP 8.1, you are fine, problem solved.
So if your divi Builder will not load and you can’t find a fix, just check your PHP version to see if that solves your issue. The fix works with both the Divi theme and the Divi Builder plugin.
